Shoe No. 11: White Oxford Flats

The very first time I became interested with a pair of Oxfords was about 6 years ago. I saw a pair of Oxford black patent oxford heels at Jose Glorietta. It was on sale and I really wanted to buy it. Being just a college student with very low purchasing power, I wasn't able to get that pair. Since then though, I've been in love with oxfords. You will see in my style blog that I've had a season of buying pairs of laced up heels because it reminded me so much of the oxfords.

Being the thrifty me, even though I wanted to pair of flat brogues, I just couldn't let myself buy it because the ones I see on the market is too much for my budget. And just recently, a fellow blogger, Aisa of Drowning Equilibriums offered a pre-order for flat oxfords for just Php650! I was so excited and decided to order white ones. At first, I really want a pair in the shade of beige or caramel but I couldn't resist the classic beauty of the white ones.

So just last Saturday, the pair arrived. It was love at first sight.

And I am wearing them now. Actually, I exhaust every opportunity that I have just to be able to wear them.

Shoe # 7: The Gift

Sorry for the blogging hiatus. I know its been 5months since my last post here. Ever since my camera was stolen I had no means of taking good pictures of my shoes. Well its not really a good excuse since I got another camera last January. LOL.

Anyway, the shoe that I will feature today is very dear to me. Why? Its a gift from my boyfriend. He gave it to me as a Christmas gift. During the last quarter of the year, I've been looking for a pair of blue heels. Thanks to my generous lover, I have one now.

This metallic blue pair is from Charles and Keith. The style is peep toe but it doesn't really show your toes. That's why I love it! Why? Because I can wear it during moments that I'm between pedicures. LOL

Shoe No. 6: Like a Boy

I have so many lace-up shoes that I purchase recently. For the last quarter of this year, I got 4 of them this included. I really want this in black that's why I'm having second thoughts purchasing this. But after I saw the tag price, I said what the heck, its worth it.

By the way I got this at the Cubao Expo branch of Janilyn.

Shoe No. 5: Girl's Poker Night

Sorry for a week of dormancy. I've been busy with work and sideline that I didn't have any chance to photograph my shoes.

These shoes are from Oasis, a U.S. base brand. It was on sale in a thrift store. It was supposed to be for my sister who loves purple but unfortunately it doesn't fit her.

I love this because its comfortable even if you walk a long distance or you go shopping. I also love the metallic color because it jazzes up a plain shirt and jeans outfit.

Shoe No. 4 The Classic Ribbon Heels

I  got this baby about 5 years ago and they're still in pristine condition! I only replaced the rubber heel and thats is. This shoe is really sexy and perfect for dressy outfits. This shoe is the one I wore to my graduation. And as always I got this from VNC on sale for Php500.00. What a steal!

Shoe No. 2 & 3: Opposite Attracts

The second and the third shoes in my list  are both from Juan. I photographed them together because I really liked the contrast between gold and silver.

I got them both on sale :)
